These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the okapk platform — including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and all related services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
What These Terms Cover
The following six areas represent the most significant commitments in this agreement — for both okapk and the player. Each is addressed in full detail in the sections below.
18+ Age Requirement
okapk is strictly an adult platform. All players must be 18 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market. Age verification is required and enforced at the account level.
BDT Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes disclosed at the time of request.
Transparent Bonus Terms

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player ", "you", or "your") and okapk (referred to as "okapk", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://okapk.app.
Your access to and use of the okapk platform — including but not limited to account registration, depositing funds, claiming bonuses, participating in casino games, placing sports bets, and contacting customer support — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all areas of the okapk platform, including the casino game lobby, sports betting section, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, the account dashboard, and all promotional communications sent to registered players. They apply regardless of the device or network used to access the platform, whether mobile browser, desktop browser, or any dedicated application.
okapk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and will take effect no fewer than seven (7) days after notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the okapk Privacy Policy and the okapk Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and are available at their respective pages on this site.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active okapk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement. No exceptions are made under any circumstances.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited to you as an individual user.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okapk or any of its affiliated studio or technology partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not have been previously excluded from the okapk platform via a self-exclusion agreement or a compulsory exclusion action taken by okapk.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must register using your own true, accurate, and verifiable personal details. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
Age Verification Process
okapk enforces age verification at the account level. Upon registration, players are required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above via a declaration at the point of account creation. okapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time and without prior notice.
Where age verification is pending or inconclusive, okapk may suspend withdrawal access until the verification process is completed. Any winnings accrued during a period in which the player is subsequently found to be underage will be forfeited in full, and the account will be permanently closed. okapk will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to detection.
Players are encouraged to use the parental controls available on their devices to prevent access by minors to gambling-related content. If you believe a minor has gained access to an okapk account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold one (1) okapk account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
Registration Requirements
To register a valid okapk account, you must provide accurate and complete information in all required fields, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification; a valid, active email address; a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number; your date of birth; and a secure password of your own choosing. okapk will use this information for account identification, security verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
okapk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all accounts. KYC verification may be initiated at registration, at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle, or prior to processing a withdrawal request. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing the player's registered address.
- Proof of payment method — a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to the player, confirming that the payment method belongs to the account holder.
okapk aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, deposit and gameplay access may remain available, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. okapk is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing that arise from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okapk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. okapk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify okapk immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. okapk's support team will assist you in securing the account and investigating any unauthorised activity within the disclosed four-hour response window (measured in Bangladesh Standard Time).
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
The minimum deposit amount on okapk is ৳200. There is no single-transaction maximum deposit, though okapk reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits where this is considered appropriate for responsible gaming or security purposes. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a short window disclosed at the time of transaction.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own legal name. okapk does not accept third-party deposits. Depositing on behalf of another person — or accepting a deposit from a third party — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name and previously used for a successful deposit on the same okapk account. okapk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, new payment methods that have not been verified, or payment methods from which no prior deposit has been received on the account.
Withdrawal processing times vary by method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are targeted for processing within 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) may take up to one (1) business day. okapk will communicate the applicable processing window at the time the withdrawal request is submitted. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; exceptional circumstances including KYC holds, fraud investigations, or technical maintenance may extend processing times.
okapk does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees. Players should be aware that their mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card network may apply their own transaction fees, for which okapk accepts no responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering Obligations
okapk operates in compliance with general anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform monitors transaction patterns for signs of suspicious activity including structuring, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycling without meaningful play, and unusual payment method patterns. okapk reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline withdrawal requests where AML review is ongoing. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML investigation, including by providing documentation of the source of funds where requested.
Bonus and Promotions Policy
okapk offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are displayed in full before the player activates any bonus. The general principles below apply to all okapk bonuses unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older, have a fully verified okapk account, and have not previously been found to have abused bonus offers on this or any related platform.
- Unless a specific offer states otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits may qualify for reload or loyalty bonuses where these are advertised.
- Each player is entitled to claim a given bonus once only, regardless of how many devices, payment methods, or IP addresses they access the platform from. Claiming the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts is bonus abuse and a breach of these Terms.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or applied retrospectively to wagers placed before the bonus was activated.
Wagering Requirements
All deposit bonuses and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Promotional Abuse
okapk reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; using bonus funds exclusively on low-margin games with the intent to extract value without genuine play; coordinating with other players to exploit a specific offer; and providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus for which the player would otherwise be ineligible.
Seasonal and Tournament Promotions
okapk runs seasonal promotions aligned with significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms, which will be communicated to eligible players via account dashboard notification and email prior to the promotion period. Players who have opted out of promotional communications may still access current promotions via the promotions section of the account dashboard.
Game Rules and Fair Play
okapk's game catalogue — spanning slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting — is sourced from certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules established and certified by its respective studio. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
Random Number Generator Integrity
All slot and table game outcomes on okapk are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided and independently audited by the supplying game studios. okapk does not modify game logic, payout percentages, or RNG outcomes after studio delivery. Sports Betting Rules
Sports bets — including live cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition as determined by the governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding match outcome, okapk's sports trading team will apply the ruling of the relevant governing body as final. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or awarded due to exceptional circumstances, individual bet settlement rules are applied as documented in the sports betting rules section of the okapk FAQ.
Malfunction and Technical Error
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a wager, okapk reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. This applies to all game categories including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and sports markets. okapk will not honour payouts that arise directly from a software malfunction or data feed error, regardless of the amount displayed on screen at the time of the error.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okapk platform and constitutes a breach of these Terms:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting a software bug, calculation error, or pricing anomaly to place wagers with a known mathematical advantage not available to other players.
- Colluding with other players at live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets on events whose outcome is known to the player at the time of wagering (commonly referred to as "past-posting").
- Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception directed at okapk or its other players.
okapk monitors gameplay patterns around the clock. Accounts identified as engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, okapk reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all associated bets, and withhold any pending balance.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
okapk takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and has integrated responsible gaming tools directly into the player account dashboard — not buried in help documentation — so that they are accessible to every player at every session. These tools are free to use, take effect promptly upon activation, and cannot be reversed without a mandatory cooling-off period.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours after the change request is submitted. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Session Time Controls: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt the player to review their activity. Session timeout notifications are displayed on screen before the session ends.
- Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding the player of the time elapsed and the net result of their current session can be configured from the account dashboard.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for a minimum period of one (1) month, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims are permitted. okapk will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.
okapk's Proactive Obligations
okapk monitors account activity for indicators of problem gambling, including rapid escalation of deposit frequency, unusually long session durations, and repeated failed withdrawal reversals. Where such indicators are identified, okapk's responsible gaming team may contact the player directly, apply a temporary precautionary deposit limit, or request a welfare check via email. These actions are taken in good faith and are not punitive.
okapk reserves the right to impose a compulsory cooling-off period or permanent exclusion on any account where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that continued play poses a significant risk to the player's financial or personal wellbeing. This action supersedes any existing player settings and cannot be overridden by the player during the imposed period.

Account Suspension and Closure
okapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
- Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule.
- Bonus abuse, promotional fraud, or chargebacks on deposit transactions.
- Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools.
- Collusion, match-fixing involvement, or any other conduct that compromises fair play.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
- Account activity consistent with money laundering or terrorist financing indicators.
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, okapk will process any remaining eligible balance to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review. Voluntary closure does not entitle the player to a refund of any wagers already placed or bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements.
Balance Upon Compulsory Closure
Where an account is closed compulsorily due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the nature and severity of the breach. Balances attributable to bonus abuse, duplicate account activity, or fraudulent deposits will be forfeited in full. Balances attributable to legitimate play from a player's own deposited funds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and okapk will communicate the outcome of that review to the player at the email address on record.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okapk's aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the okapk platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okapk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the player's use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gameplay, even if okapk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Availability
okapk targets 99.9% platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure outages (including those affecting bKash, Nagad, or mobile network operators), and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. okapk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever practicable.
okapk is not liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or game session interruptions — arising from periods of platform unavailability, regardless of their cause or duration.
Third-Party Content
Games on the okapk platform are supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). okapk acts as a distributor of this content and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or changes to game rules implemented at the studio level. Players' recourse in respect of studio-level issues is limited to the malfunction void policy described in Section 6.
Amendments and Governing Law
okapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect player rights, payment terms, bonus conditions, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered players at least seven (7) days before taking effect via the email address on the player's account. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarification of existing provisions without substantive change) may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
Language of Agreement
These Terms are written in English. English is the operative language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for the convenience of players is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version prevails.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which will continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the okapk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between okapk and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
